Meet the Team
Dustin Barnes, Owner/Shop Manager
With more than 12 years of small engine repair experience, Dustin has worked on a wide variety of equipment; from hand-held tools to commercial mowers and utility vehicles. His quality of work and strong customer service skills makes him a favorite among clients.
Roger Goul - Owner
Roger is a certified diesel mechanic with more than 36 years of experience. His knowledge and skills include diagnostics, preventive maintenance, general repairs, engine & transmission rebuild, refrigeration equipment maintenance & repair, welding & fabrication, small engine repair and shop equipment maintenance. You can frequently find Roger in the shop sharpening chains and mower blades, working on equipment and assisting customers.
Kathy Goul - Owner
Kathy has a diverse background working in the non-profit, corporate and education arenas for more than 32 years. Sales & marketing, strategic planning, community needs assessment and partnership development have been at the forefront of her career. While most of her duties keep her working behind the scenes, you can occasionally find her helping work the parts counter, checking in equipment or helping answer the phones.
Ashley Barnes, Owner
Experience in multiple business arenas has given Ashley a skill set that makes her an asset to any team. Working in property management for several years Ashley honed her skills in sales and marketing, among other skills. She is a master at social media marketing, using a variety of platforms. With more than 7 years of bookkeeping experience, Ashley is proficient in accounts payable and receivable, month-end reporting and account balancing.
Freya Barnes
Freya rounds out our team with her “cuteness” factor. The true boss of the shop, you’ll find her greeting everyone with a big smile!
